Raleigh NC- Days on Market is one of the best ways for buyers to find out how desperite a seller is to sell. How do you figure out the days on market? Well on this site every house listed has it's Days On Market listed on the details page. The problem with that number is it may not be the true number of days on market, there is a little trick that Realtors use to lower that number. They pull the house off the market for a very short period of time (one day) and then relist the property the next day as a new listing. The Days On Market counter goes back to zero and now all potential buyers think it is a new "Hot" listing. The only way to see the true number of days on market is to have a Buyers Agent Realtor go back and check the history of the listing. With sales slowing down this marketing technique is being used more and more so don't be fooled.
