The normal operating procedure in the
Raleigh Durham area is that Builders would not negotiate on New
Homes. That is no longer the case if you have recently talked to a
builder and he says his prices are "firm" then he is crazy. The
amount of homes available are continuing to grow and everyone has
to keep their sales volume up. The only way to do this is surpress
pricing and keep the deals rolling. Need help with a builder give
